3. Orders and Reservations
All catering orders, event bookings, and service reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. 4. Payment Terms

For event catering, cancellations made fewer than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and, where applicable, additional charges for perishable goods already procured. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within thirty (30) business days.
6. Food Safety and Allergen Disclaimer
R&I Catering Kitchen, LLC operates in compliance with all applicable food safety regulations, including the requirements of 105 CMR 590.000 (State Sanitary Code, Chapter X — Minimum Sanitation Standards for Food Establishments), the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act ("FSMA," 21 U.S.C. §§ 2201–2252), and applicable provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 94, Sections 305A–305D (food allergen awareness). Our food preparation facilities are subject to inspection by the Weymouth Board of Health and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Allergen Notice: Our kitchen processes foods containing major allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame, as defined under the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA, 21 U.S.C. § 343) and the FASTER Act of 2021. While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. It is the Client's responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the preparation of any order.
7. Health and Licensing Compliance
The Company maintains all required food service permits and licenses as mandated by the Town of Weymouth, Norfolk County, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including food establishment permits issued pursuant to 105 CMR 590.000, food handler certifications under M.G.L. Chapter 94, Section 305B, and compliance with the Massachusetts Allergen Awareness Act (M.G.L. Ch. 140, § 6B). All food handlers employed or contracted by the Company hold current ServSafe or equivalent certifications as required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R&I Catering Kitchen, LLC, its managers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R&I Catering Kitchen, LLC, its managers, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
